Angaben zum Vertretungsprogramm

Exciting opportunity to manage sales to independent eyewear accounts.

The role is for a territory eyewear sales agent based in Austria .

Candidates must have experience in selling Design and Fashion Eyewear .

Due to Eyepetizer’s continuous growth and the exciting new product and development ofthe brand, we’re searching for new sales agents in various territories, more specifically in Austria. Objective is to maximize sales in appropriate eyewear accounts in territory while enhancing brand integrity.
Job responsabilities:

• Sales to current and new appropriate retail partners in optical sales channel.• Territory: multiple positions for various territories.• Identify new target accounts that are appropriate for the brand and give the companyincremental sales opportunities.• Attend trade shows if necessary to execute sales plan, make appointments with current and new accounts in territory at trade shows where Eyepetizer is present.• Travel to accounts, company office and trade shows if necessary.• Give feedback to product team on specific customer needs and product trends in territory.• Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential retail partners.• Provide excellent customer service and act as brand ambassador by educating clients about Eyepetizer’s heritage, values and the brand.• Provide strong support to retailers: product training, merchandising, trunk shows, etc.

Required qualifications :

• the candidate must be based in Austria.• Minimum 2 years’ experience selling design and fashion eyewear to optical accounts inrelative territory.• Active and established client base.• Knowledge of the eyewear industry within territory with well-established relationships.• Demonstrated experience in growing territories and closing sales.• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.• Ability to travel extensively in the defined territory.• Experience managing the sales funnel and closing new business through strategicpartnerships.• Outstanding training skills to effectively convey brand image and product/company value to customers. Capacity to make exceptional, compelling presentations to accounts.• Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to develop relationships.• Passionate about eyewear and quality design.
